From backyard parties to festival stages, Naarm/Melbourne based indie-rock outfit The Velvet Club have been steadily developing a loyal fan base over the years. With a
focus on their high energy live show, the band have been consistently touring Australia since 2022. Coupling a driving indie-rock sound with self-reflective lyricism
touching on the high’s and lows of navigating life through your twenties, the band has drawn comparisons from early 2000’s indie legends The Strokes to Australian favourites DMA’S & Rolling Blackouts. After a big 2024 consisting of an EP release & two headline national tours, The Velvet Club continue their rise in the Australian music scene after making their debut festival appearance at Splendour in the Grass and touring with DICE, The Rions & RA RA Viper.
