Moon Rituals resurface for one night only to launch their second LP ‘Aura’ on Poison City Records. Moon Rituals is the minimalist synth-pop solo project from Sarah Hardiman (LOU, Brick Head, ex-DEAF WISH) collaborating with Mikey Young (The Green Child, Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Total Control). On this release, Shaun Gionis plays drums and Raven Mahon adds sax, contributing to a more driving, hook-laden band dynamic. Following the surprise single ‘Aura’ in 2020 on I Heard a Whisper’s ‘Club Seven’ series, this will be the first live gig since 2018’s launch of their self-titled debut album on Solar/Sonar. The ‘Aura’ LP is a limited-run, small pressing of 200 records, hand numbered. Special guests on the night are Jess Rebeiro and Sleeper & Snake. Late night DJ Annaliese Redlich (RRR) will keep the good times rollin’.
